Refund policy
Garment exchange/ return period is 14 days from arrival.
It is possible to exchange item due to the wrong size being purchased. However, due to the nature of made to order items, it is only possible if I have enough fabric to make a new garment.
Exclusions for returns/ exchanges:
- Damaged due to your own fault
- Damaged due to not following care instructions
- Carelessness in looking after your pieces
- Change of mind
- Sale items
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, in the original state it came to you in, and in original packaging. Refunds/ exchanges will be processed after item has been returned in appropriate condition. This may take up to 7 days after item has returned.
Returns shipping will not be covered by Escapade The Label.
